Price match applies to written quotes from competitors for comparable products or services.
To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s quote must be for the same product, specifications, and services as those offered by Queensland Roller Shutters.
2. Comparable Products
We only match prices for products that are similar in specifications and features.
3. Quote Verification
The written quote must be presented at the time of or request for a price match.
The quote must be dated and include the competitor’s name, address, and contact information.
4. Exclusions
Price match does not apply to:
Quotes that are not written and/or are not on official competitor letterhead or documentation.
Products or services that are part of clearance sales, special promotions, or limited-time offers.
Quotes for products or services not offered by Queensland Roller Shutters.
Any discounts that are not applied directly to the product price.
Vouchers and rebates.
5. Process
To request a price match, please contact us with the competitor’s written quote.
We will review and verify the quote and determine if it meets our price match criteria.
If the quote is approved, we will match the price of the competitor's quote.
6. Limitations
Price matching is at the sole discretion of Queensland Roller Shutters.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the price match policy at any time without prior notice.
