A huge thank you to Pia, who was absolutely fantastic. I had lots of questions over a number of months while I was researching, planning and deciding which company to go with, and she was always patient, informative and incredibly helpful. She also gave me professional advice and suggestions I hadn’t even thought of, which made the whole process much easier and gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. The installation itself was just as impressive. The team installed 14 roller shutters in one day, which amazed me, and the quality of the work was excellent. The shutters look fantastic and are actually much more attractive than I expected. I had also only recently moved from Sydney, so there were boxes and furniture everywhere, but the installers and electrician were so accommodating, patient and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they made the day far easier than it could have been. Overall, the service, communication, workmanship, advice and professionalism were all exceptional. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. QLD Roller Shutters delivered a genuine 10/10 experience and are the kind of company other businesses should aspire to be like. Most impressed with this company from start to finish. They swiftly attended, provided a quote and have never been pushy since, which we appreciate. We have had 2 shutters installed by a very efficient and professional technician called Chris. Hubby was most impressed with his work ethic and how highly he praised his employers.
